This is my 2nd Tundra, this thing has had more problems that I can shake a stick at but I will only rant about them one at a time. Alright, here is complaint #2. I noticed that the AC in my Tundra would be off but the air coming out felt really cold. I bought an infrared thermometer and checked it, and at so surprise it was blowing out at 40-45 degrees with the AC off. I took it in and had the dealer look at and sure enough the AC was running even though it was off on the dash. The module was bad from what the tech told me so they replaced it at no cost. This would be wonderful, but now 12k miles later it has done it again and its not covered under warranty anymore. Here is a bill for $697.00 to have it replaced again, so I bitched enough that they got Toyota involved and they have replaced the AC/Heat module for a second time at not cost. Now the newest problem is, when I have the vents on, it blows out the defrost now.. I swear this is the worse thing I could have spent 42k on. My 2007 Tundra I put a 140K on it without any problems, all I did with that was regular maintenance and tires when needed. Come on Toyota get your sh*t together, I'm on the heels of buying a 2017 Tacoma but i'm very reluctant because of the problems I'm reading about those now!
