Just about three months into the ownership of the 2012 Toyota Tundra, I noticed alot of white lint all over the black fiber seats (top, backs left and right sides) throughout the cabin, front and back seats, driver and passenger seats. Removing lint was very difficult would not vacuum up easily. Lint seem to come out of seats. Rubbing the top of the cloth seat with a wet hand seem to remove lint but requires repetitive stokes. I used lint removers, scrubs, and tape to try removing very stubborn lint. I was convince that this is not my doing and finally brought the vehicle to the dealership and the duty service manager look at it and concur that something is wrong with the seats, but had to clear it with the senior service manager, who called in a "specialist" to investigate. Three days later, their analysis of the problem is that it "was from an outside source". There were no sample taken for lab work. They did nothing to prove to me that I was the source! They did not talk with me, they just blew me off! What the heck, these Vacaville Toyota Service Managers sucks, they contradict each other! They don't try to resolve the problem, they just keep repeating a statement "how can I help you" or "we will try to help you". I keep telling them to replace or repair my seats and of course that's not going to happen, they are hoping that you will get frustrated and go somewhere else!
