When the A/C compressor cycles at idle the engine speed increases 200-300 RPM and makes it very difficult to drive in heavy traffic or parking. Especially in reverse since the transmission ration is lower in reverse. I can back my boat into the garage without using the accelerator pedal. The engine speed also speeds up (slightly) when turning in to park. The fast idle also makes the engine speed flare up when the transmission down shifts. With the A/C off it performs perfectly however I live in Florida and is uncomfortable to drive without A/C. The problem is very annoying and dangerous when driving at idle speed. I also do not like the computer controlled throttle system. It is very easy to spin the tires when trying to accelerate slowly.
I have have reported these problems to the dealer and their suggested fix is "A MODEL CHANGE"
Other then that it is a great truck but I would not purchase another one unless that was corrected.
