The Truck is less than a year old and there is mold in the Air conditioning system. It is not covered under warranty. I am well with in bumper to bumper warranty coverage. They insist it is normal maintenance. They want to charge me to clean the air conditioning system on a vehicle i haven't even had a full year. They told me it is normal for condensation to build up in the heaterbox when the defrost is on in the winter. The condensation doesn't get evaporated in the winter. The mold builds up and makes a foul odor, needing to be cleaned every spring. This sounds like good quality engineering to me. It also sounds like Toyota really enjoys doing the right thing.
