Tundra Double Cab

My business partner and I bought indentical 2005 Tundra Double Cabs. We are both experiencing the same problem. When using the cruise control on hilly terrain at highway speeds (60-70 mph), going up small inclines will cause the cruise control to downshift the transmission and lunge the vehicle forward at higher rates of speed. This causes such a dangerous situation that we can not use the cruise control at all on these vehicles. If you turn off the cruise control, on identical hills the transmission never downshifts, therefore proving a problem with the electronic device.

The problem has been reported to Toyota and falls on deaf ears. and to the NTSB. You would think that a company that heralds its reputation would be interested, but NOOOOO they are becoming like GM and I see them headed down the same poor quality path as the american manufacturers have. i have two toyotas, but they will be my last. Problems like this can not and should not be overlooked!
