CarComplaints.com Notes: A dependable pickup option that does have a slight history of frame corrosion. Even though mud looks cool on a truck, it's best if you run this through the car wash every now and again.

received air bag recall notice & brought to dealership for replacement. Driver side was replaced, as I drove off lot the air bag light pops on. The service advisor told me to call if any issue comes up. I called him back right away, brought back. The same thing occurred 3 more times. This started in May 2015. Today is Feb 6 2016 issue still not fixed. One technician explained the wrong airbag may have been used & main system does not recognize or main system shorted out from replacement air bag. It Codes B0108 & B1100. So before I brought in at least my sons driver side air bag functioned, but now whole system doesn't work according to service advisor. Even Toyota USA is not offering to resolve issue. They send me email responses but no action. So end result, replaced air bag with a faulty air bag that will not allow rest of air bag system to function. Worthless air bag system now. Basically broke something and will not fix what they broke.
