While driving at 35 mph driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a cliff head on. Upon impact, both frontal air bags did not deploy. Driver and passenger sustained injuries.
While attempting to maneuver pass a tow truck which was partially blocking the drivers lane of travel, the brakes locked up and the vehicle began to skid forward toward the front portion of the tow truck, the front and center portion of the truck collided with the left front section of the tow truck's bumper, during this accident neither frontal air bag deployed, the driver sustained injuries to his torso and whiplash, the passenger suffered sever abdominal bruising from the seat belt. Consumers vehicle was stolen & in an accident. The vehicle hit a concrete bridge & the airbags didn't deploy. The consumer says the manufacture doesn't seem to be concern about the safety of the vehicle.
When truck rear ended a Toyota 4 runner it hit a curb and broadsided a Ford pickup. Upon impact, there was no deployment of driver's side or passenger's side air bags. It's more than likely that the truck will be totalled.
