The microphone stop working, was working with all my aftermarket accessories connected. I tried all the YouTube hints, Toyota Nation and Toyota D.I.Y hints, nothing seems to work. Took it to the dealer and the dealer service I need to disconnect all my accessories and mods and they will check it again. All my reading and research points to the DCM Telematics. If the computer cannot talk to the Telematics, then why would that not be the problem? I did not understand why would the service personnel change the microphone thinking that going to fix the Telematics.
