- TSB: Some 2016 ? 2017 model year Tacoma vehicles equipped with a 2GR engine and an AC60 transmission may exhibit a surge feeling under the following conditions: ? Vehicle is traveling between 40 ? 50 mph ? Transmission is in fourth or fifth gear ? During torque converter lock-up The Engine Control Module/ECM (SAE Term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been revised to address this condition.
