Vehicle had 48,230 miles on it and replacement of transmission park/neutral switch needed to be done. This was absolutely necessary because when I backed onto the highway the car would not engage in any gear. The shifting inside the vehicle would not move. This is potentially a VERY dangerous situation. I have never heard of this problem with any vehicle and especially one that has only 48,230 miles.
