I'll keep it short. 5 times I complained to dealer about the spongy brake pedal. 5 times I'm told it's normal. Toyota designed them to be like that after customers complained they were to hard. Well, when the deer ran in front of me and I Stood on the brakes with all of my 245 lbs, the deer caused $7200.00 damage. That's "Normal" I guess? So I fixed the brakes myself. I got rid of the POS!!!
I really thought Toyota made a great product. Man was I Wrong.
Now I drive a GMC truck. And one of the things I like most about it? It Stops when I want it to.
I will NEVER own another Toyota again.
Oh, did I mention how crappy it handled? Or how it vibrated with 400 lbs of pellets in it? Or how the seats felt like old pillows? I could go on but just writing this is pissing me off. So that's my Tacoma experience.
