The only things that holds the rear sliding window locking mechanism to the rear window frame are 2 very tiny screws. These screws are so small they look like they should be used on a pair of eye glasses.
They striped right out with extremely minimal use. I ended up using Gorilla Glue to glue the locking mechanism back to the window frame.
Has worked fine so far - EXTREMELY CHEAP TOYOTA DESIGN
