I am a certify VW mechanic and have never seen this before on any car or truck. I check the oil when gassing up at the station and nothing on the dip stick. I went home and it took 2 and 3/4 quarts and i still have over 1000 more to go before next oil change. So I went online to find some answers and found out Toyota had made the pistons wrong and are replacing some of them. So now I have to find out if Toyota will fix their screw up or not. If not, I will sell it and get some other truck. Pray for me they fix it.
