The Alloy Wheels are Delaminating on my Tacoma TRD. the truck has 48,000 mi the warranty is for corrosion protection this is a corrosion problem. Toyota Customer Statisfaction 800.331.4331 did not help they just say it is not covered. This has been happening to these trucks and wheel or years (at least back to 2005 maybe longer) To replace the rims is not cheap but the worst part is it will still happen. The Alloy wheel option is expensive and they wheel should mlook good for at least the warrenty period 7 years? You would figure that after all these years they would get it right. I do nt think thta Toyota Rally cars about the issue because not enough people have complained. Does anybody else have information we can use to get this corrected?
