I own a 2010 Toyota Tacoma was getting it road worthy for a trip out west when I brought it to be inspected was informed that the truck was unsafe to use Found out all the brake line are corroded and both sides of the body frame is cracked. I informed Toyota and was told that there was an action law suit going on and that I had until 2022 to have this fixed I explained to them I was never notified, when Speaking this morning to Kendric at Toyota in Tennessee that their records show that the former owner had been contacted which I do not understand why the prior owner was contacted when it has been registered to me for the last 6 yrs. I feel due to them not informing myself the owner they should be liable for the dangerous issues in hand.
