Summary
Some 2005 ? 2013 model year Tacoma vehicles equipped with a 5-speed automatic transmission may exhibit a whine noise from the rear differential between 50 ? 60 mph (80 ? 97 km/h). Use the following Repair Procedure to address this condition.
