Mechanic asked me if I was regularly near beaches. I wish!

All hoses were rotted. With the other damage, the whole shaft needed to be replaced. I called Toyota and they said they did not have any problems with this issue. Funny, I have found a lot of people complaining about intermittent steering issues. This is dangerous.
