The contact owns a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. The contact depressed the brakes and the entire brake pedal fractured from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the brake pedal was replaced due to a bad weld. There were no prior warnings of the failure. The failure mileage was 2,200 and the current mileage was 2,800.
