The AC/Heater fan speed varies, sometimes it will only run slow, then it may run medium, mostly it runs up and down, varying never achieving full fan speed.
I have replaced the Fan Motor only to have it continue to do the same thing. I keep getting told it is the fan motor. Replaced again, exactly the same result.
