Just purchased the Tacoma in May 2007. The shifting issues have been getting worse . Took into the dealership 3x's and they claim it to be normal. It does not take a technician to realize the shifting issues and the rpm gauge bouncing up and down while driving the truck. The engine seems to feel like it is losing power and the rpm gauge drops from 2500 rpm to 500rpm and then bounces back to 2500 when you let off the accelerator to coast. Toyota does not care about their customers, only what they can save by not addressing these issues. This is very concerning to all Toyota owners.
