Fan clutch never lets the fan idle. The truck sound like an airplane all the time.
This takes gas to run and it is not needed because the engine is not over heating.
Toyota will not fix it. They say it is normal.
If this was fixed the gas mileage should improve by 1 to 2 MPG.
