The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The contact stated that the roof of the vehicle was collecting rust. The contact stated that the rust had partially eaten through the roof. The vehicle was taken to chattam Toyota (7 park of commerce way, savannah, ga 31405, (912) 386-4040) where the mechanic stated that they could not repair, would have to replace the roof, the paint on the hood at the contact's expense. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to NHTSA. The failure mileage was 90,000.
