I had bought a Certified 2006 Toyota Tacoma in March 2010 with about 46000 miles on it. The truck currently has about 52000 miles on it and the release bearing started to make noise at 50000 miles. I brought in the truck to the dealer and Being it is a certified truck I would think that the repair would be covered under warranty. They told me that it is a wear part and not covered. Oddly when I bought the truck less then 10000 miles on it was inspected by their mechanic and gave it a clear bill of health and now they don't want to repair it under warranty, I just found a TSB on it T-SB-0365-10 that states that Toyota is aware of the problem and came up with a repair. Why did the dealership not tell me that and warranty my repair instead of charging me $750.00.. I am returning to put the TSB on the desk and ask for the money back..
