My frame is completely rusted and all the capomintes are also. I cant change anything put because of it. My leaf springs are shot where they are mounted to the frame. Is weaking which is moving my back axle off balance. My front ailment is completely off. I and dreak anything lose to fix the issue's. it feels like they completely forgot to spray my frame on my truck

The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis. The technician stated that the seat belt would have to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 80,000.
My son was in an accident with my 2001 Toyota Tacoma. It is a total loss. It rolled over and his passenger was injured. He has told me the passenger seat belt failed and the passenger seat broke. My question is there any way some one could check this out for us? I do have pictures of the broken seat.
