Vehicle left roadway and struck object head-on. Airbags did not deploy, even though the impact was direct and with enough force to cause vehicle to flip end over end several times. Vehicle was totaled.
The driver's and passenger's side airbags failed to deploy during a front end collision that occurred while I was driving approximately 30-35 mph. My 2001 Toyota Tacoma double cab pickup struck the other vehicle sustaining severe front end damage.
While driving 40 mph the driver T-boned a vehicle that ran a red light. The vehicles driver and passenger air bags did not deploy on impact. The consumer sustained injuries to the neck and back. The vehicle was totaled.
Passenger side air bag emits acrid/musty like odor when subjected to heat from the sun or after the heater has been run for a while and had a chance to soak the area behind the dash. Odor triggers wife's asthma attacks. Odor is not coming from heater/ac vents.
While driving consumer skidded on ice and crashed head-on into a guardrail. Vehicle was traveling approximately 30 mph causing over $8000 worth of damage to truck. Neither driver or passenger air bags deployed.
Another vehicle failed to yield right of way and I T-boned them at 30 mph. Airbag failed to deploy, and Florida highway patrol officer was very concerned, as he felt the air bag should have deployed.
