While driving my new truck on the 5 fwy sun. 10/29/00 app. 4:30 pm. With my sun roof in the open position, without warning, the sun roof blew of the top with considerable pressure. Shattering on the front hood & windshield of the vehicle behind me. This took chips out of the paint & windshield of the vehicle of the 2nd party. Upon presenting this to the Toyota dealership whom I purchased from, thier reply was disbelief & that they would not honor the warranty. This is one issue. More serious (which is scary) is this could have been a fatal accident & Toyota is denying this accident occured. The lady that was behind will.
