While traveling 55mph on highway and without prior warning lost control, and vehicle hit a brick. Upon impact, driver side airbag didn't go off. Dealership was aware of problem.
When driving about 35-40 mph, truck crashed into the rear of a Jeep Wrangler, there was no deployment of driver's side or passenger's side air bags. Truck was being repaired. Whole front end was damaged, total amount of damages was $9,500.
Was driving 55mph on a dry pavement. Fell asleep at wheel. Lost control of vehicle. Hit a tree. At time of impact, neither air bag deployed. Hit head on side door window. Vehicle had flipped over. The windows all came out. The seat belt restrained the driver.
