Rims collect water and freeze on wheel causing wheels to be out of balance. This makes the vehicle vibrate excesivly beginning at about 35 mph. I have contacted Toyota many times over the past 3 years without any satisfaction. In fact, they have not even acknowledged my complaint! I have even demonstrated this problem to valley Toyota and they have acknowledged that the problem exists. They have contacted the field rep.--kelly deeds--who refused to do anything about it. I would apreciate any help or suggestions you might give me in rectifying this problem. I believe this is truely a safety hazzard on ice or compacted snow which exists in northern Minnesota about 6 months of the year. Thank you for any help you can give.
