1995 Toyota T100 frame was rotted underneath. It was not reported even though it was regularly in a Toyota dealership for service (joseph Toyota of cincinnati). After being discovered, it was determined by a welder that the unsafe damaged parts could be welded and fixed and that the rust could be removed and completely recoated. This cost $1200.
