For over two years, I've told Toyota that the roof leaks... for over two years they have told me that there is no problem, that is until I've shown them photos... they finally agreed that there was a problem, however than fix it... they did further damage to the roof mechanism... now it leaks life someone left a faucet on... still can't get Toyota to fix it.
