On 8-19-2016, I was leaving health club at approx. 5:30 p.m.got in, turned on engine, put car in reverse to come out of the parking lot and it jerked backwards, crossed the median in the parking lot of the health club and hit six cars before finally stopping. Attempted to apply brakes, but nothing seemed to stop it. Never experienced anything like this and I have been driving over 40 years.
Other others sustained damage, my car, a 2007 Solara was totaled. Still experiencing a mild form of PTSD as a result.
This complaint coming in so late because I was scheduled to relocate to another city, which has occurred.
