My soft top convertible was in EXCELLENT shape! One day, I notice that the back window seems to be coming unglued!?!?! By the next morning, (It happened around the weekend) the window was falling out! ONLY the top and 1/8th of the top sides were still connected!
I went to a local Toyota dealership and they said it was the glue that was rotten and it was defective. They told me to get a new top! I didn't have the 2 grand to replace it right at this minute so I was referred to the Toyota Claims and they are looking into repairing it, which would be fine.... If they would just do it! I live in the New Orleans area and it rains here a lot!! It has been a huge struggle and I have missed work because of this!
