I bought a brand new 2021 Toyota Sienna LE in July 2021. The car runs great has great mileage. About 1-2 months ago, I noticed my brake was not working properly. The brakes would intermittently work. It happened a few times then I started documenting it. On 6/23/2023 @ approximately 8pm (23396 miles), I was going around 30 mile per hour and making a right turn, I stepped on the brakes and it decelerate the car. Then for about 1-2 seconds. it disengaged. The brakes would then reengaged. It happened again on 7/2/2023 @ 125pm (24403 miles). I went to the dealer today, all they can do is a software update. They said to come again if it happens again. I offered to leave my van a few days to diagnose the problem and give me a loaner or drive the car more. No solution as of now.
