The Pre-Collision System (PCS) in my 2016 Toyota Sienna activately randomly and locks up the brakes while driving over Railroad crossings.
Because of this, I've had a few close calls where I was almost rear ended.
I've already sent a complaint to Toyota, but their representative suggested having it checked out by a dealer at my own expense.
I have put together a series of videos showing exactly when it happens (see YouTube Playlist)

Toyota should either do a recall or at the very least have it inspected/repaired at no expense to me since this is a very dangerous safety issue.
