This is the second time to replace the rotors. It would be acceptable if they were worn out. That is not the case. They are warped due to inadequate design. Either they are not large enough or the casting has too many thickness inconsistencies. This is inconsequential, the issue is that an owner should not need to replace rotors in the front every 30k miles! I paid extra to do recall modifications that were supposed to solve this issue. The solution was ineffectual. The service representative at Sunnyvale Toyota in CA says this is normal. Hum... really? I wish the sales person would have mentioned this issue.
