The contact owns a 2014 Toyota Sienna. When the vehicle was started, the driver's seat reclined on its own and all the warning indicators illuminated. In addition, the air bag indicator remained illuminated and "check SRS air bag system" was displayed. The vehicle was taken to sparks Toyota (4855 us-501, myrtle beach, SC 29579, 843-236-2161) where it was diagnosed, but the cause of the failure could not be found. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and opened a case. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000.
1) drivers seat causing severe pain on the left side of my back. Seat seems to be leaning to the left causing pressure on the left side of my ribcage. I can feel the side air bag location causing this. 2) first and second row headrests rise up without any manual intervention. Will not stay down in locked position.
