The contact owns a 2013 Toyota Sienna. While driving approximately 15 mph, a blind spot appeared on the driver side of the windshield. The blind spot hindered visibility when making left turns. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified. The VIN was unavailable. The approximate failure mileage was 200.
We parked our car in the garage and the next morning woke to a shattered rear windshield. The window was completely shattered and removed from the frame of the back window. The car had not been involved in an accident or any other incident that would have caused this damage.
