This has happened 7 times! First time on 7/22/2014 when turning left at a light a car in front of me came to a complete stop, I hit my brakes then it happened! It made a loud noise and it felt like someone was hitting me from behind, I thought I maybe pushed the gas pedal and the brakes at the same time, I could not stop the van! I had to put the van on parking so it could stop. I was so close to hitting the car in front of me. Scared to death but I thought it was my fault. So that Friday 7/25/2014 driving to Colorado on Vacation it happened again and several other times while on Vacation. When we came back, on 8/10/2014 it did it twice so I waited for Monday to come to take it in, they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle, then again it did it on 9/3/2014 again I called said to take it to a dealer closer to where I was and they also could not find anything! When they gave me the van late 9/4 I decided I was going to take it to the original place I bought it from, they again said there is no problem with the van! I opened a case with Toyota, said there is no problem, I offered for them to put cameras in the vehicle so they can capture what I am going threw with this problem, I told them I don't want to cause a death or accident but they again said there is nothing wrong, YES THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG! It has happened 7 TIMES it don't want to stop, it accelerates on it's own and it pushes forward!!!!
