Dealer informed me the clunking noise is within factory limits. It is stupid that Toyota built an undersized shaft bolt (thread at both ends) which the pedal rotates on. If you grab the pedal and move it side to side it makes an obvious Clunk. A little silicone grease would go a long way in stopping the Clunk.
