The contact owns a 2012 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated that while driving 50 mph, an unknown object fractured the windshield and glass shattered all over the contact. The contact also stated that there was a two feet wide crack on the outside layer of the wind shield, however the inside layer of the glass was shattered. The police report was not filed and there were no injuries reported. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000.
