Received a recall for my 2011 Toyota Sienna LE about Takata Air Bag last August 2014. I tried calling Toyota company and all they could say is they are working on it. It has been around 3 years with no resolution. Why? This is embarrassing to the multi million company.
Their advice and only advice is to make sure nobody sits in front due to the possible air bag deploying. So what is the point of having a sit in front if I cannot use it. My usage of my own vehicle will depend on whether the air bag will deploy while I am driving or not one of this day.
So hypothetically speaking if they have a recall on left or right signal light does this mean the driver cannot their blinkers because the company do not have a solution at this time. Just be careful using your blinkers light while driving because it may explode while driving and signal lights is on use.
Trying to be patient but really for 3 years no solution. This is a disgrace and an embarrassing move TOYOTA PEOPLE.
