Recently all the doors but the driver's door, would not unlock. Not with any of the remotes, nor even trying to press the button on the doors to unlock. The van has been in the Toyota shop twice, and now again, and they keep treating me like I'm crazy, even when I showed them when I dropped the vehicle off. Recently, the sliding doors wouldn't even open! This makes it so difficult when you have three children, ONE DISABLED, AND THE OTHER ONE TWO. YOU THINK I WANT MY CHILDREN CARRIED THROUGH THE DRIVER SEAT EACH TIME....... Horrible customer service at the service department. For as how expensive the vehicle it is, you would think that the techs could get it resolved, this is the third time its in the shop, and they have had it for five days & counting.
