The contact owns a 2009 Toyota Sienna. On several occasions, while driving, the driver's side power slider door opened without warning. The vehicle was taken to woburn Toyota (394 Washington St, woburn, MA 01801 (781) 933-1100) where it was diagnosed that the latches needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the cables were snipped, making the doors manual. The contact stated a few months later, the passenger side slider door inadvertently opened and closed. The manufacturer stated that the vehicle was not covered and did not offer any further assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 130,000. The VIN was unavailable.
