2008 Drove off the showroom, 3 months later wheel finish started looking like worms were eating it. dealer replaced one wheel, said the other were my fault, because I scraped the wheel on something.
2012 I sent a letter to Mr. Toyato in Japan, and the dealer looked at the wheels again, and now said, the road salt made it happen.
Now the Toyota company said you pay $220.00 and we will refinish the bad wheels we sold you.
I told them to go to hell.
PS: now the rubber on the windshield is peeling off, this is also my fault, so said the dealer to the Toyota people in CA.
I have over ten cars in my life time and this is a first for me, I guess the older you become the worse you treat your car??? BAD ME
