From reading online, this problem is not unique. The seat belt will not retract. So, we are driving without a seat belt. Haven't read a specific solution. Going to try and open up the side panel to see about fixing. Wonder if it is the general design and positioning of the seat belt or is the seat belt itself needing to be replaced. Is the design of the seat belt installation poor?
