I gave this complaint an inconvenience rating of 4 because the door was stuck open, not closed. I opened the sliding door, then tried to shut it and nothing happened. It was late at night and it was supposed to be raining that night and the next - and it was a Saturday, so I had to wait until Monday after work. So I had to tie a tarp over the entire side of the van, then drive 15 miles to the dealership on Monday afternoon in the pouring down rain going 45 mph in a 70 mph zone with a tarp that sounded like it was coming off any minute. But, fortunately, the fix was fairly quick and I was back in the car a few days later.
