In the dead of the summer heat, I started my Sienna and started driving home from work. I put the A/C on and rolled the windows up expecting the air to turn cold fairly quickly. It took about 10 seconds to get cold prior to this day, but this time it didn't get cold at all, at least not on the driver's side. I quickly found that it was blowing hot air on the driver's side and slightly cool air on the passenger side and in the days and weeks to come, it would intermittently range from slightly cooler to slightly warmer until, finally stopped blowing any cool air whatsoever.

After researching a bit online, I figured it was a refrigerant leak. Since the van needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a few other small things, I took it to the dealer to get it properly diagnosed. They confirmed that it was a leak and that it would need to be refilled with refrigerant and a dye to locate where the leak is in the coming weeks. They charged me $240 to refill the refrigerant and have yet to locate the leak. We will soon find out how much it will cost to fix. Fingers crossed it's cheap and easy.
