When Toyota issued a recall for cracked dashboard, ours was fine, but now it is cracked and melting with sticky goo all over. The shine from the dash is actually a glare hazard and Toyota says it is too late for them to fix it. If they new it would one day be a problem they should have replace all of them, but because I did not feel it was honest to ask for that when I had no problem, I am being penalized. There's no way I can afford to replace the dash on my van and am very disappointed in Toyota.
