June 01 2011 took van PRICE TOYOTA NEW CASTLE DELAWARE a/c blowing hot air.Price did a/c charge with dye....Total 89.99 July 20 2011 re-check found freon leaking from rear freon supply line o-ring. Line goes to evaporator in rear and then inside vehicle.(NOTHING WRONG WITH EVAPORATOR) cost to replace1590.00 Rob KERR service writer told me that the Technician told him the line will not separate due to corrosion. If line or evaporator cracks when trying to remove will need 1590.00 plus labor 465.05. My wife and I declined the service 23000 mile Three year ten month.We asked for the service manager Ed Conner, complaint-next asked for toyota Representative, we waited, waited, called twice went to dealership twice.service manager told my wife some time in august no date or time. needless to say no one likes to be driving w/out ac... 95 to 100 heat.So the toyota representative came unaware of our complaint left dealer ship my wife complaint Ed Connor some more-Next we get a call from Rob Kerr, will take care of your sienna cost not 2000.-Just 465.05(THANK YOU PRICE,ROB,ED---After 24 years as a loyal repeat buyer of toyota cars one truck and sienna van it appears the quality of your vehicles has gone down or my luck has run out? ALL VEHICLES HAVE PROBLEM SOME MULTIPLE BUT TOYOTA STILL NUMBER ONE( LESS PROBLEM)
