The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Sienna. While standing at the rear of the vehicle, the contact noticed that the frame leaned to the left. She stated that the vehicle was not level and posed a huge safety hazard. The dealer informed the contact that the vehicle did not have to be level and pointed out the shocks. The purchase date and powertrain were unknown. The current mileage was 2,200 and failure mileage was 70.
